New Boiler Installation

Work carried out:

New boiler was installed along with a new 8 inch header pipe with valves and pressure gauges.

Steam traps were fabricated into the pipe work every 25 meters with return lines connecting to the condensate return.

Penetrations for both lines had to be cut through the wall of the boiler house using a concrete drilling subcontractor.

80mm carbon steel steam ,and 40mm copper condensate return lines had to be site run 75 meters from the boiler house to the steam header in the underground facilities room ,piping had to be taken across the roof of the electrical substation. All pipe work was hydro pressure tested and lagged.
